Mirridong Service is a Yarram based disability service provider. Mirridong provides a dynamic and engaging workplace providing support to disabled people through assisting them to live independently, while engaging them with and participating in the community.

Disability Support Workers - Residential
Supported Independent Living - Supported Accommodation
Casual weekend and weekday positions *Award penalty rates paid
Our Supported Independent Living provides full time support to 14 residents across 6 houses.
Join our supportive team and assist our residents with:
Accessing the community for social and recreational activities.
Meal preparation.
Assistance with daily living: transport, transferring, personal care and medical appointments.
Providing a clean and safe home environment.
Successful applicants will:
Have experience or qualifications in Disability Support, Aged Care or Community Services; or a willingness to undertake on the job training or an adult traineeship.
Hold a current driver’s licence.
Have or an ability to obtain Level 2 First Aid.
Obtain a clear NDIS Worker Screening.
Be available for weekend and overnight work on a monthly roster.
Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicants. Excellent salary packaging available. Overnight accommodation provided with ensuite, meals and bedding.

Disability Support Worker - Day Service
Social and Community
Weekdays 8:30 to 3:30pm
Our Day Service Program assists people with an intellectual disability to participate in social, community and recreational activities at our centre and in the community.
We are looking for an energetic Disability Support Worker who can use their industry experience and caring manner to become a valuable part of our supportive Day Service team.
Join our supportive team and assist our residents with:
Planning and running a variety of activities: cooking, art/craft, sewing, exercise/sports, technology, wood-art, fishing, bowling, swimming and lots more.
Accessing the community for social and recreational activities.
Providing an engaging and enjoyable social and community environment.
Assistance with transport, transferring and personal care.
Successful applicants will:
