We provide support to individuals to enable them to live independently in their own home.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We provides support to individuals to enable them to live independently in their own home and to contribute to and be connected with the community in which they live. This includes Supported Independent Living (SIL) to 17 residents across 6 houses which sit beside our Day Service centre on our main site. Experienced and qualified staff provide 24 hour direct care with sleepover support. Independent living with low support is also provided at another residence.

Outreach Support

Individual support is provided to clients which reflects and supports the person in achieving their goals and dreams and assists them in meeting their support requirements.  All individual support plans are developed in accordance with the following principles:

  • Engagement and relationship building

  • Support coordination

  • Skill development/maintenance

  • Personal care

  • Reduce isolation

Mirridong Services brokers their services to other Disability Support providers by providing staff to assist clients with their respite needs.
